MBADiversity Knowledge Center

Vision: To positively impact the world through education, business and community.

Since 2003, The MBADiversity Organization has compiled both primary and secondary data to assist the media, academe and business communities with the information needed on the topics of inclusive diversity and innovation.

The MBADiversity Knowledge Center was launched in 2008 to publish these findings to advance the case for diversity and innovation within these sectors. The center includes both primary and secondary data: research papers, surveys and best practices.

The MBADiversity Knowledge Center has a 4-pronged Mission:

1. To align with other academic and corporate knowledge centers and diversity leaders to:

a) compile data, publish papers and books.

b) conduct regional brain trusts to dialogue, counsel and provide systemic solutions.

2. To inspire a prism of perspectives and best practices for the world at-large.

3. To serve as a working case study of theory combined with real-world application, incorporating CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) in the process.

4. To educate the media on diversity and innovation within America's higher education system and study the new multicultural talent pool's affect on the global marketplace. Initial focus is on Generation X and the Millennial demographic groups and their VALs (values, attitudes and lifestyles).

The research papers and surveys will initially categorize in the following 4 foci, with additional areas added as needed:

DIVERSITY AND INNOVATION

HIGHER EDUCATION

BUSINESS/CAREER

SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstracts will be available as a courtesy through our website. Published papers will be accessible soon for supporting corporate and academic institutions, executives and graduate students.
