The Economist Intelligence Unit profiles MBADiversity and its unique, inclusive approach to diversity.

It is not just the individual students who could benefit—so could corporate America. MBA Diversity says that by 2010, 32% of the US population is projected to be people of colour, and by 2050 it will be 52%. US business will need leaders from a multitude of backgrounds to effectively market products and services to a multicultural society. 
This inclusive formula sounds a lot like Martin Luther King’s dream all those years ago.

MBADiversity, for example, takes a three-tiered approach that includes specific programs for prospective students, current students and alumni, and business schools and companies. MBADiversity's Fellows Program awards up to [200] GMAT scholarships to qualified applicants, matches students with mentors, assigns study buddies, and provides GMAT-prep courses in which participants practice interviewing and essay-writing techniques.
