Mission: The MBADiversity Organization warmly announces an expansion of our Fellows Program, including an exciting new Global Immersion trip and the September Seminars. Our alliances and sponsors join us in the mission of preparing a successful, globally-aware applicant base.

Through the integration of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methods, our leadership evolves the program each year to ensure we are functioning at optimal levels of innovation and quality that the new global business landscape demands.

In addition to comprehensive GMAT prep, discounts and scholarship opportunities, MBADiversity Fellows Program offers full application prep, mentorship, fellowship and the National Symposium where you meet a host of premiere MBA schools and companies in one venue as a distinguished member of our organization.

Some interesting stats about the success of our organizations' members:
1. 95% of those who achieve Fellows status and apply to school receive at least one business school acceptance

2. 55% of those who achieve Fellows status and apply to school receive multiple acceptances

3. 40% of those who achieve Fellows status and apply to school receive scholarship awards from at least one school

PHASE 1: GMAT PREP

This highly structured and disciplined phase includes special classes for MBADiversity members (in some cities), GMAT discounts and scholarships for qualifying applicants, study buddies and groups, and tutoring discounts/opportunities by our GMAT sponsors.

The spring program begins in February. The summer program begins in May.

OPTIONAL GLOBAL IMMERSION MODULE-new!

MBADiversity is an international program that believes in global awareness.

Therefore, we have added an exciting optional Global Immersion component to our program. MBADiversity scholarship recipients, Fellows, and alumni can opt to participate in an annual international trip; it will include cultural activities and a service component overseas. This will fortify your pre-MBA experience as well as strengthen your leadership, service and global awareness acumen.

The Global Immersion trip will take place in the summer of each year.

PHASE 2: NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM

MBADiversity Fellows and GMAT scholarship recipients must also attend the mandatory National Symposium & Social for full application preparation through groundbreaking class-preparedness workshops and panels, recognition and interaction with Admissions Committee members, and mentorship with current MBA students and MBADiversity Alumni. This dynamic 2-3 day annual event has become a tradition within the MBA community and is held every year in August. The date and location for 2008 will be announced soon.

Corporate sponsors may provide a stipend to help cover the cost of flight and hotel accommodations to selected Fellows.

PHASE 3: SEPTEMBER SEMINARS- a series of intensive application workshops-new!

A new expansion to our program, our members will have the opportunity to participate in intensive application workshops in September (after the symposium) to begin a more parochial approach to their application package including general essay approach, interview prep, resume design and other crucial components that will ensure they reflect the MBADiversity family's high commitment to excellence in the application submission.

The September Seminars also serve as a conduit to continue the quantitative class-preparedness workshops from the National Symposium.

Eligibility: Those chosen to be a MBADiversity Fellow will fulfill "The 3 C's"- Capability, Collaboration and Character- by demonstrating a commitment to The MBADiversity Organization, higher education, and explain how they are positive change agents within society.

Return on Investment

The non-refundable application fee for the program is $65. If selected, this fee also waives your registration fee for the National Symposium.

The program fee is $195 and covers non-profit operational costs. When you are awarded a place within our program, you will invest this initial fee. Once you fulfill the components of the program and matriculate into business school you will be refunded the program fee.

The costs involved with business school have increased for the general public. Given full course GMAT preparation has started to retail north of $1500, our Fellows program provides discounted GMAT prep, full application prep, mentorship, fellowship and a national symposium where you meet a host of premiere MBA schools and companies in one venue as a distinguished member of our organization.
